What Causes Snoring?

The causes of snoring are quite well-known:

  1. A common cause of snoring is mucus in the air passages and sinuses.
  2. Nasal and sinus problems may cause air to be constricted, which then causes the mouth to open and the palantine uvula (the bobbly bit at the back of your mouth) to pulsate.
  3. Interestingly, indigestion is also a frequent cause! Excess acid in the stomach causes the problem.
  4. Stress and tension can also cause people to snore.

Which Natural Herbs Can Help to Stop Snoring?

These herbs can all help, depending on the cause of the snoring.
