Yoga for abs to help melt belly fat

 

 

You already know that Yoga is great for stress, and for keeping you in shape. You can lose weight by practicing Yoga regularly, but that’s not its main feature. However, your muscle tone definitely improves, and that’s why Yoga is also good to help melt belly fat.

Yoga is all about balance – you need good balance to be able to do Yoga poses correctly. And balance is all about your core muscles, your abs. As your abs improve, so does your belly. (And your posture too).

In the video below you’ll find a Yoga flow that concentrates on poses that improve your abs.

Obviously if you follow that video and do that flow or workout every day for a month, you’ll seriously improve your abs.

However, some of the poses might be quite difficult if you’re not doing Yoga regularly, so I’ve listed a flow that uses only the simpler poses. You might also find it easier if you don’t hold the poses as long as they show in the video – but over time as you practice it will become easier to do so.
