Plus, if your workout buddy is fitter than you, then you will push yourself even harder in order to try to come up to their level.

When you have a fitness buddy, you have more workout options. For example, one-on-one sports are possible such as tennis, squash, or basketball – these are all great ways to work out without it feeling like a workout.
